Coming up with new non-dues revenue ideas can be one of the most difficult parts of Chamber life. Executing that new idea is a whole new level of energy and operation. The fear of failure often stops us in our tracks and that new idea gets put on next year’s event or program list. Before you know it, you’ve gone three years without shaking it up and as Chambers, it’s our job to lead the way in trying new trends and thinking outside of the box. During this session we’ll share why you should take the risk, discuss the best and worst case scenarios, and have an honest conversation about what has worked, what hasn’t and what we should still try.
